Prep Course

New to fitness or just feel you might need a little extra guidance before you start?

Our Prep Course program is the best way to get started with (2) 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions (1 session for Ignite Bootcamp) with a coach to introduce you to the key concepts and movements before entering into a normal class.

During the Prep Course, you will work with a coach to learn the foundational movements that will keep you safe. This will also give the coach time to make a plan that best suits your fitness level and health to make sure that you get the most out of your time at CrossFit Night Train.
