On-Ramp

New to fitness or just feel you might need a little extra guidance before you start?

Our On-Ramp program will be the best route with (2) 60 minute       1-on-1 sessions with a coach and then the rest of the month is free for you to take the classes.

During On-Ramp, you will work with a coach to learn the foundational movements that will keep you safe. This will also give the coach time to make a plan that best suits your fitness level and health to make sure that you get the most out of your time at CrossFit Night Train.
