Drop-Ins

We welcome everyone to come try CrossFit but we kindly request no first-time athletes for drop- ins.

To give everyone the best experience, you must have CrossFit experience to drop-in to one of our classes.

If you don’t have any previous CrossFit experience and just want to try us out, please schedule a No-Sweat Intro below.

Our schedule is current and up-to-date – the only blocks available to visitors are “CrossFit” classes.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class.
